And in order for a person not to lose his health, he must fulfill the requirements of a proper lifestyle: his diet should be healthy food, and he is obliged to allocate time for physical activity every day.

In a world of constant stress, people find comfort and pleasure in delicious food, but it is not always truly delicious. Because of the numerous sweeteners and flavor enhancers added to all foods, people have forgotten what simple but delicious food is.

All food that is created with the help of man and not nature cannot be healthy. All kinds of chips, sweet water, breadcrumbs, instant noodles can hardly be called food at all. They consist of chemicals, and there are no food products in them.

During a bad mood always want to eat yourself sweet. This is a natural desire, it is with man since childhood, because mother's milk - sweet to taste. But all those sweets that a person consumes in adulthood are not comparable to mother's milk.

They contain so much sugar that with low physical activity, it is easily deposited in fatty tissues. And obesity is a sure path to type 2 diabetes. The shocking fact is that this disease is already becoming a pediatric disease, as obesity in children is no longer uncommon.

For an adequate variety of healthy food, a person needs to consume fruits, something dairy or meat, vegetables and grain products.

Fruits and vegetables are sources of vitamins, and they can provide the intestines with normal peristalsis. Meat and dairy products fill the body with proteins. And grain products are a good source of carbohydrates, which will saturate a person with energy.

It is important not to forget to drink water, the norm for a person is two liters a day. It is preferable that it was simple water - unboiled. Because a person, drinking tea or sweet water, will only add to the work of the body. After all, these drinks digestive organs will still have to turn into water.

Afternoon snack can consist of cottage cheese with fruit, or only fruit.

Dinner should be light, and most importantly, not late. If the afternoon snack dairy products were not to your liking, then a glass of ryazhenka, kefir or yogurt before bedtime is an excellent option. Dinner can be porridge or just tea with a bite of honey if you are home too late.
