If you love making delicious drinks at home, including non-alcoholic drinks, then this selection is for you! There are many ways to serve cocktails that do not contain alcohol. You don't necessarily have to limit yourself to juice or compote, for example. You can create your own cocktail list, and treat your guests to simple, but very cool drinks. Some cocktails will even appeal to children. Interesting? Then memorize them!

Mojito cocktail non-alcoholic

A famous drink served in almost every bar. It is just as good without the classic rum.  

Ingredients:

  • Lime - 20 grams;
  • Mint - 2-3 sprigs;
  • Cane sugar - 1 tsp.;
  • Sprite - 200 ml.;
  • Ice - to taste.  

Wash and dry the limes, cut into thin slices and place in the bottom of a glass for serving. Add the mint leaves and a little cane sugar. Crush with a pestle, crusher or spoon to allow the limes to juice and the mint to release its flavor. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Sprite. Add a straw and serve.

To diversify the classic "Mojito", you can use fresh berries - strawberries, raspberries or blackberries, for example. Simply add the berries to the glass in step 1 and mash together with the lime. 

"Bloody Mary"

Another classic that never loses its relevance. Even without the addition of vodka, the cocktail turns out to be spicy and incredibly interesting. Be sure to try it!

Ingredients:

  • Tomato juice - 400 ml;
  • Celery stalk - 2 pcs.;
  • Sriracha sauce - 6 drops;
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp.;
  • Basil - 5 grams; Lime - 1/4 pc.;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Ice - to taste.  

Wash the basil, dry well and chop as finely as possible. Prepare the glasses for serving, with a slice of lime go around the edges to smear them with juice. Dip the glasses bottom side up into the chopped basil to form a rim around the rim.  

Turn the glasses upside down and pour 3 drops of hot sauce into each. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to each. Add ice to the glass and pour in the tomato juice. Season to taste with salt. Gently stir the contents of the glass.  

Wash and dry the celery stalks. Slice the lime into thin slices. Place the celery in the glass and the lime on the rim. Serve the cocktail immediately to the table.

Making non-alcoholic cocktails at home is not only possible with ice. Hot drinks will come in handy in cool evenings. This is a bright and flavorful cocktail that will complement any festive table. Berries can be used not only fresh, but also frozen.  

Ingredients:

Cranberries - 200 grams;

  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.;
  • Orange - 2 pcs.;
  • Water - 1 liter;
  • Sprig of rosemary - 1-2 pcs.;
  • Ginger root - 1 piece of 1-1,5 cm.;
  • Honey - 1 tbsp.

Wash the berries and put them in a saucepan. Mash the cranberries with a potato masher so that the cranberries release their juice. Pour in the water, pour in the sugar and put on the fire.

Peel a small piece of ginger root, add to the pot along with the rosemary. Once boiling, simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat.  

Wash and dry the oranges, squeeze out the juice and pour into the pot. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Add the honey, stir and leave for about 5 minutes before serving under a lid.  

You can use other berries or fruits for variety.

Cucumber Lemonade

This is a light, refreshing drink that is a great thirst quencher. It is perfect for a festive table with an abundance of hearty fatty dishes.  

Ingredients:

  • Fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • Basil - 10 grams;
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml.;
  • Sugar - 30 grams or to taste;
  • Soda - 700 ml.  

Wash and dry the basil leaves. Combine in a mortar with sugar and knead well.  

Squeeze the juice of a lemon. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.  

Place the mashed basil and cucumber in a pitcher or other container suitable for serving. Pour in the lemon juice and baking soda. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.  

You can top the cucumber lemonade with ice cubes before serving.

A favorite warming drink can be prepared not only on the basis of red wine. A great alternative can be cherry or pomegranate juice, for example. The main thing is to use enough spices and fruits to saturate the mulled wine with flavors and aromas.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry juice - 1 liter;
  • Cinnamon stick - 1-2 pieces;
  • Orange - 1 piece; Lemon - 1/3 piece;
  • Cloves - 5 pieces;
  • Badian - 2-3 stars;
  • Cane sugar - to taste and desire.  

Pour the juice into a saucepan and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Add the cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Boil for about 5 minutes.  

Meanwhile, wash the orange and lemon. Slice the fruit along with the peel into thin rings or slices. Add the citrus fruits to the pot and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.  

Taste and add more cane sugar to the pot if desired and necessary. Remove the mulled wine from the heat, cover with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. Serve the mulled wine hot to the table.

"Blue Lagoon"

The base of this drink can be not only pineapple, but also citrus or even apple juice. Blue Curaçao gives it a special zest. If you like the idea of preparing non-alcoholic cocktails at home, be sure to buy a bottle of this bright syrup.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple juice (or to taste) - 300 ml.;
  • Sprite - 150 ml.;
  • Blue Curaçao syrup - 40 ml.;
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp. or to taste;
  • Orange - 2 slices;
  • Ice - to taste.  

Prepare glasses for serving the cocktail and fill them about halfway with ice. Pour about 20 ml of Blue Curaçao syrup into each glass.  

Add the pineapple juice and squeeze a little lemon juice over the top. Pour the Sprite into the glasses and stir gently.  

Cut off a slice of orange and place it on the rim of the glass. Finish the cocktail with a straw and serve.

If you like sweet and rich liqueurs, try preparing this variant. By the way, in this recipe there is no sugar at all, so the drink can safely be offered to children and girlfriends who are on a diet.  

Ingredients:

  • Cream 20-30% fat content - 200 ml;
  • Banana - 1 piece;
  • Date syrup - 1 tsp.

Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and put it in the bowl of a blender or other convenient container. Add date syrup or other sweetener to taste. Pour in the cream.  

With an immersion blender, whisk the mass until it becomes homogeneous.  

Pour the finished non-alcoholic liqueur into glasses for serving, garnish the top with a few drops of syrup if desired and serve.

Another cool recipe for a hot drink that will easily compete with mulled wine.  

Ingredients:

  • Black tea - 5 grams;
  • Lemon - 1/4 piece;
  • Honey - 4 tbsp;
  • Water - 800 ml;
  • Cinnamon stick - 2 pieces;
  • Badian - 2 pieces;
  • Cloves - 2 pieces.

Bring 800 ml. of water to a boil and cool a little, about 85 degrees. Additionally, prepare boiling water and scald the teapot with it, drain the water. Place the tea in the teapot (or other convenient container). Add the cinnamon sticks, cardamom and cloves. Pour in the hot water, cover and let the tea brew for about 10 minutes.

At the same time, wash and dry the lemon, cut into thin slices and remove the pips. Add the lemon to the tea. Add honey or other sweetener to taste. Stir.  

Before serving, if desired, you can strain the grog. Serve hot.

Orange-grapefruit squash

Fans of citrus will surely appreciate this simple, but bright and tasty cocktail. You can experiment with the juices, choosing the proportions that are more to your liking.  

Ingredients:

  • Water - 125 ml;
  • Cane sugar - 70 grams or to taste;
  • Orange - 1 pc.;
  • Lemon - 1/2 pc.;
  • Grapefruit - 1/2 pc.;
  • Sprig of mint - 2 pcs.;
  • Carbonated water - 800 ml.  

Combine 125 ml of water and cane sugar in a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Wash and dry the citrus fruits. Grate the zest of the orange and grapefruit on a fine grater. Wash and shake the mint with your hands a little so that it begins to reveal its flavor.  

When the sugar has completely dissolved, add the citrus zest and mint to the pot. Stir gently and remove from the heat. Cover the pot with a lid and leave it for 2 hours. The syrup needs to infuse.

After squeezing the juice from the lemon, grapefruit and orange and pour into a carafe or other convenient container. Strain the syrup into the juices through a fine sieve. Add the sparkling water, and gently stir everything together. Glasses for serving can be filled with ice cubes if desired.

Another fruity classic that can surprise you with its flavor even without the addition of wine. The more fruits and berries you use, the more intense the flavor of your cocktail will be. You can also use cherry juice as a base.  

Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate juice - 1 liter;
  • Strawberries - 150 grams;
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.;
  • Orange - 1-2 pcs.;
  • Green apple - 1-2 pcs.;
  • Lemon - 1/2 pc.;
  • Syrup, honey or sugar - to taste and desire.  

Wash and dry the fruit. Peel the apple from the core and cut into small slices. Cut the orange into thin slices with the peel and remove the pips. Remove the tails from the strawberries, cut the berries in half or into quarters. Place the fruit in a carafe or other convenient container.

Spread the cinnamon stick, add sweetener to taste. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top. Place the ice cubes in the pitcher and pour in the pomegranate juice. Stir gently and serve the cocktail immediately.
